A
key mission of the National Urban League
Policy Institute is to further the empowerment
agenda of the National Urban League and
its affiliates in the political process.
It does this by producing informational
pieces (action alerts, policy briefs and
legislative bulletins) for National Urban
League staff and affiliates on current issues,
establishing relationships with lawmakers
and leveraging the resources of the league
in order to achieve legislative goals.
