New York, NY, July 19, 2004—The National Urban League announced today that Ann Fudge, Chairman and CEO of Young & Rubicam Brands, will address its annual conference in Detroit, Michigan. Fudge, named one of the most influential women in corporate America in 2003 by Fortune 500, will deliver remarks at the League's Business Luncheon on Thursday, July 22 at 12:30 p.m. at the COBO Center. The theme of the conference is Empowerment: Building on the Civil Rights Movement and is expected to draw 15,000 attendees from across the nation and the region.
