Wellness Challenge Run/Walk
Hundreds of attendees will take to the streets with NUL president, Marc Morial, on Saturday morning, July 29, to run/walk/jog for fitness. In addition to signage on key products that each participant will receive such as a t-shirt and water, you will enjoy signage on the Wellness Challenge Run/Walk banner and the stage during the rally that will precede the Walk. Your company representative will also have the opportunity to make remarks at the event.

Shuttle Transportation
Complimentary shuttle buses will transport attendees between the hotels and the convention center and off-site venues daily from Wednesday through Sunday. This will provide tremendous brand exposure for the sponsor, as the buses will carry signage in the front windows on the passenger’s side identifying the sponsor by logo.

Web Cast
The web casting of the conference highlights will reach a large national audience outside of the event and will be an important source for media coverage. Website (Annual Conference Section)
Thousands of visitors will check www.nul.org, the League’s website over the months prior to and just after the conference. It will be a key information source for the media, and hundreds of thousands of individuals who are unable to attend the conference. A sponsor will reach this broad audience as their logo is prominently displayed on the League’s website before, during and long after the conference is over.

Roving Conference Digital Photographer
Become the official sponsor of the “Roving Conference Photographer.” Have photographers display your company’s logo as they rove the conference snapping candid shots of attendees. Steer visitors to your booth in the Exhibit Hall/Technology Zone to collect their photograph. We can provide the photographers while you provide the equipment. In addition, there will be kiosks throughout the venue to email back digital photos branded with your company logo.

Community Service Project
With your help the National Urban League and the Atlanta Urban League would like to donate hundreds of books to Atlanta children to help to advance literacy, one of our important educational initiatives. Each attendee will be encouraged to donate a book. Volunteers wearing cobranded (NUL and your company) t-shirts will be strategically placed in the convention center where attendees can drop off the books for ages 2-16.

The Marketplace
The Marketplace will feature the sale and exhibit of unique, custom merchandise. It will allow the National Urban League and the Atlanta Urban League to help small local business owners to promote their craft and provide conference attendees with an opportunity to support them.
