The 17th annual NULITES (National Urban League Incentives To Excel & Succeed) Youth Leadership Summit will convene up to 500 15-18 year olds and their chaperons for four days. The NULITERS represent Urban League youth leadership programs and NULITES chapters nationwide. The Summit will be held on a college campus in Atlanta, GA.

The summit, a leadership training venue for youth and youth service providers from Urban League affiliates, is a learning environment that provides opportunities for networking, information sharing and actual skill building. In addition to formal workshops, young people participate in discussions to assist in their growth and development. The agenda also includes the annual “Empowerment Rally,” corporate sponsored “Behind the Business Tours,” cultural events and talent development camps. Noted social and political activists, academic experts and celebrities will address the 2006 Youth Leadership Summit.
