HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

The National Urban League has reserved a block of rooms at $125/nt. Your hotel
reservations must be confirmed by Friday, October 23, 2006 to take advantage of the negotiated rate. Space is limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each participant is required to make his/her own hotel arrangements, unless otherwise instructed. Please identify yourself as part of the National Urban League 2006 Professional Development Conference. All rates per room are subject to 12% tax.

Hotel Deposit:

A deposit of one night’s stay plus 12% tax or a major credit card to guarantee your reservation is required with each reservation request. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation 5 days prior to arrival.

Baggage Handling:

Baggage Airlines Guest Services, B.A.G.S., is a remote airline check-in service that allows airline passengers to receive a boarding pass and check-in their luggage from the lobby of Rosen Shingle Creek. The charge is $100 for two (2) pieces of luggage.

B.A.G.S.

is currently able to check-in passengers who are flying on Delta, Continental, United, American Airlines, Northwest, Alaska Air, Jet Blue and Ted (part of United).

Airport Transportation:

Airport transportation via Mears is available – current pricing is as follows:

One Way Adult Fare $16.00
Round-trip Adult Fare $26.00
One Way Child Fare $12.00 (Ages 4 – 11)
Round-trip Child Fare $19.00

Parking:

Rosen Shingle Creek has 2,001 parking spaces. Valet and Self Parking are available to guests. Rates for parking are as follows:

Self Parking Overnight: $8.00 per night
Valet Parking – Day Rate: $15.00 per day
Valet Parking – Overnight: $18.00 per night

Health Club/Spa CLUB/SPA:

Rosen Shingle Creek has a full service spa with a state of the art fitness room. The spa has nine (9) treatment rooms a variety of services. The Fitness Center’s hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily offering cardiovascular equipment and free weights.

Health Club fees are as follows:
Daily: $10.00 per day
Length of Stay: $20.00 for duration of stay

Note: guests having a Spa service will receive Health Club privileges complimentary during the day of Spa service.

Golf:

The Shingle Creek Golf Club is a David Harman Designed, 7,228 yard, 18-hole Championship Golf Course located on property. Our golf course was ranked one of the Top 40 Best New Courses by Golfweek Magazine in 2005. The Golf Club offers the following amenities:

• Charges posted directly to an individual’s room
