    National Urban League Policy Institute Executive Director to Moderate Panel on U.S. Congress

  • Scott Lilly, senior fellow for the Center for American Progress, and former clerk and staff director of the House Appropriations Committee
  • Edward Gillespie, co-chairman of Quinn Gillespie & Associates, LLC and former chairman of the Republican National Committee
  • Stephanie Jones, executive director of the National Urban League's Policy Institute and former Chief Counsel to Senator John Edwards.
