NATIONAL URBAN LEAGUE CAREER FAIR TO FEATURE MORE THAN 70 COMPANIES DURING 2003 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Admission is Free and Open to the Public; Online Resume Database Available for Jobseekers and Exhibitors
New York, NY, July 1, 2003—The National Urban League announced today that more than 65 companies will participate in its annual Career Fair, which is scheduled during the organization\'s annual conference, The Black Family: Building on its Resilience, July 26 through July 30, at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pa.
The National Urban League 2003 Career Fair is the largest Career Fair targeting African Americans to be held in the Pittsburgh area, and offers jobseekers free admission, on-site interviews, and the opportunity to submit a resume online at the League\\\'s Career Center before the Career Fair begins.
Exhibitors receive access to thousands of trained professionals face-to-face. Before the Career Fair, exhibitors can also access thousands of resumes in the National Urban League national resume database, making it possible to arrange interviews on site at the Career Fair or another location.
The Career Fair begins Saturday, July 26 at 12:00 p.m. and is open until 5:00 p.m. It continues on Sunday, July 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and concludes Monday, with two sessions: 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
